First of all, what is definitely the most distinctive feature of this Pinot Gris: An incredibly flowery scent with nuances of tropical fruits. If you taste this white wine, you should take a few seconds to swirl the wine in the glass and smell it before the first sip to discover this special bouquet. Pinot Gris was probably brought to Germany from France and today the wine mostly comes from central European regions. It is characterized by low acidity and full-bodied extracts. This versatile white wine is a menu companion par excellence. In addition to young game and pork, this dry Pinot Gris also goes well with pasta with creamy sauces, juicy chicken, seafood and salads.
