This Riesling-Sekt is a premium sparkling wine which is manufactured through traditional bottle fermentation. This process is also called "Champagne-method" as it is the same manufacturing process as at the Champagne production in France. Inside the sparkling wine bottle a second fermentation occurs and the Sekt matures nine months in this bottle until the best quality has been reached. This treatment is costly and very time consuming but it is worth it and our dry Sekt is getting extremely valuable.
You will taste that this Riesling-Sekt has a great character. It comes with fruitiness and a good balanced acidity which makes this sparkling wine to a great companion to each festivity.
