Our dry Rosé shines with a seductive touch of ripe strawberries. Aromatic and fresh, it awakens the desire to continue drinking. It excites especially in the summer months by its lightness and finesse. An additionally very present fruit, which has to owe the Rosé of the grape variety Dornfelder, makes it complete. It goes well with light dishes such as salads or a subtle appetizer plate, but can also be served with grilled turkey or pork.
Overall, rosé wines are currently very popular and have been growing steadily for years. Both internationally and nationally, demand is increasing and so is the rosé wine production. In the meantime, rosé has reached a share of around 13% in German wines, with an upward trend. Enjoy tasting this rosé from our winery at the Mosel!
