The hazelnut itself has a prominent and extremely distinctive taste, which means that it can be recognised clearly and immediately. When opening the bottle, the scent leaves no doubt that it is a spirit made from hazelnuts. This is usually not the case with most of the other common spirits.With the first sip, dominant hazelnut aromas appear all over the tongue and the brandy unfolds all its strength. The nutty aroma then presents itself on the palate. In the finish, the hazelnut brandy is strong as a high-proof brandy should be and finishes perfectly.
