In the summer, we need to regulate the foliage in the vineyard. A part of the leaves is getting removed so the grapes can hang freely and rain can drain off. Moreover, the grapes can get sufficient sun which is important for its growth. This work is an essential step for the healthiness and the quality of the grapes and has a huge impact for the wine later on.
If we come home from the vineyard when the work is done, we normally look forward to a good glass of wine and this Riesling would be definitely a good choice for hot days. This semidry white wine from our winery is a real refresher when it comes out of the fridge. It is a Riesling with inspiring character and a fresh-fruity taste. Besides fish and chicken, it also fits to salads and snacks. It is a typical Mosel wine with great aromas.
