The Pinot Noir Weißherbst is made from red grapes. However, since he has only a slightly pink shimmer, you do not necessarily suspect this at first glance. The red Pinot Noir grapes are treated similar to the production of white wine. The must is squeezed off before fermentation, so that hardly any red color dissolves from the grape skin and the wine receives a chic pinkish touch.
Our Weißherbst is off-dry, very tasty and radiates with a strong note. When tasting you can take the classic, flattering Burgundy fragrance. It is characterized by a full-bodied, fresh character and is sparkling and lively on the finish. As a summer wine or companion for a nice evening with friends, the Pinot Noir Weißherbst is a great choice. In terms of alcohol content, this wine is rather light and you can drink a few glasses with a clear conscience.
